JAKARTA -MSI, a leading manufacturer of gaming hardware, launched a series of gaming laptops powered by an 8th generation Intel processor.
Three models include GS65 Stealth Thin gaming notebook, GT75VR Titan with i9 processor, and GE Raider RGB Edition. MSI also unveiled the new GT83 Titan, as well as the 8th generation processor updates for GP and GL ranks. For laptop GT75 and GE63 Raider RGB Edition can be ordered with pre-order on 6-20 April 2018.
According to MSI in a press release, Saturday (7/4/2018), buyers who do pre-order GT75 will have the opportunity to get an exclusive bonus MSI gaming chair, equipped with the desired nickname. Meanwhile, for pre-order GE63 Raider RGB Edition, the opportunity to get MSI Headset.
“We are passing the conventional limit of gaming laptops with Stealth Thin’s stunning new designs, unparalleled performance of the GT75 with the i9 processor, and RGB’s unique RGB lighting,” said MSI Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing Eric Kuo.
GS65 Stealth Thin is claimed to be the first gaming laptop to deliver a 1444Hz 7ms display with a 4.9mm bezel, with a screen-to-laptop ratio of 82%.
Despite the size of the bezel is very thin, MSI still consider the placement of webcam. MSI leaves enough space in the top panel for the webcam. With its slim dimensions and gold-dominated style, MSI GS63 Stealth Thin brings gaming laptops to a new, more stylish era.
To run the 144Hz panel, Stealth Thin is powered up to the GTX 1070 with NVIDIA Max-Q technology and 8th generation Intel Core i7 processors, resulting in up to 40% upgrades from previous generations.
With its new processor, GeForce GTX 10 graphics series and MSI Cooler Boost Trinity cooling system design, the GS65 offers outstanding gaming performance for all game enthusiasts.
When designing Stealth Thin, Kuo said, MSI is trying to solve all the traditional stereotypes that stick to gaming laptops. MSI chose a new gold accent. Weighing just 4.14 pounds, Stealth Thin packs the battery with up to 8+ hours of service life into a very thin chassis, delivering real portability that can not be found in a powerful traditional gaming laptop. This 82Whr battery is one of the largest batteries available in laptops this size.
Stealth Thin is also equipped with a per-key RGB keyboard from SteelSeries. Users can manage any existing buttons and get real-time game status through keyboard lighting. MSI also launched a massive update for Dragon Center 2.0 which now comes with gaming mode.
The new designs come with an intuitive UI and still offer advanced configuration for users. Gaming mode now optimizes system performance and keyboard lighting for certain games.
Meanwhile, with the introduction of the latest Intel 8th Generation processor, the GT series has taken a step further by presenting the world’s first overclocked Core i9 processor.
Together with NVIDIA graphics and mechanical keyboards, the new GT series drives performance beyond the limits and offers a great gaming experience for both professional and casual players.
The GT75 Titan is the first gaming laptop to be equipped with an Intel Core i9 processor with fully open hexa-core performance. Combined with the MSI Cooler Boost Titan cooling system, the 6-core 12-thread configuration results in up to 70% performance improvement compared to the previous Core i7.
