About Mama San
Mama San has grown up. Since expanding into the space next door, the venue concept has stepped into a sophisticated dining room, where guests can be immersed in the warm hospitality of the Balinese. Mama San offers a dining journey, one that’s not rushed but memorable for all the right reasons, plating up Modern Asian, with a selection of classics from the signature menu. A whole open grill section is now incorporated into the menu, which focuses on traditional methods of cooking on an open flame, and embracing the likes of tandoori, robatas, and wood ovens.
