Getting ready! Even Odd Will Go To These Toll Roads

Jakarta -After the odd implementation of Cikampek-Jakarta toll road toll road in Bekasi Barat and Bekasi Timur toll road, the government will implement the policy in other Jabodetabek toll roads.

AVP Corporate Communication PT Jasa Marga Tbk. Dwimawan Heru said that the current toll road section under study is Jagorawi toll road section.

“The other studied Jagorawi toll roads for even odds for any door, still reviewed,” he told, Wednesday (28/3/2018).

Regarding the timing of enforcement of the policy is still uncertain. However, this policy is done to facilitate the flow of traffic on the segment in the morning.

Head of Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency Bambang Prihartono said that the current study conducted on the Jagorawi toll road and Tangerang-Merak toll road is more on the application of dedicated bus lines.

“For Jagorawi will soon be applied to the bus lane, we will review and process,” he said.

It targets the implementation of bus-specific lanes in both sections will be applied before the upcoming Eid.

The special lane is not only for Transjobedetabek, but applies to other mass transit vehicles.

“For this lane all buses, including bus employees and others, which includes mass transit into it,” said Bambang.

This bus special lane does not take the shoulder of the road, but the track 1 and enforced at rush hour which is starting at 6:00 until 09:00 pm. After that hour, other four-wheeled vehicles can only pass on line 1.
