IM2 Targeted Customers with GIG Prepaid Packages

Jakarata -PT Indosat Mega Media (IM2) targets 50,000 new subscribers to come from users of pre-paid cable internet products.

IM2 President Director Hari Sukmono said at this time for the number of fiber-to-home customers (FTTH) of 300,000 from GIG products. Meanwhile, this year he targets the number of home connections to touch 400,000 with 50,000 of them using prepaid cable internet.

“We are targeting to add 100,000.50% we expect from prepaid,” he said after the launch of GIG 2Go at EV Hive Jakarta, Wednesday (4/4/2018).

Currently, Hari said GIG coverage has penetrated approximately 70% of apartments and half of large housing in Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Tangerang and Bekasi. He is also optimistic that the coverage area will continue to grow with the emergence of wired internet prepaid.

As with any mobile credit, GIG 2Go has a starter pack and reload package product. Instant package starts 90 days with 5Mbps speeds worth Rp699.000, 15 Mbps Rp998.000 and speed 30 Mbps with Rp1, 39 million.

For refilling products the validity period starts from 30 days to 360 days. Lowest price for 30 days at 5 Mbps for Rp200.000, 15 Mbps Rp330.000 and 30 Mbps with Rp497.000.
