Transjakarta Open 2 New Routes to Ragunan Zoo

Jakarta -PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) provides two new routes to Ragunan Wildlife Park, South Jakarta during Lebaran holiday season.

“Starting Saturday (6/16/2018), we open two new routes for people who want to visit Ragunan during Idul Fitri holidays,” said Director of PT Transjakarta Budi Kaliwono in Jakarta, Monday (6/18/2018).

According to him, the two new routes, namely Pulogadung-Ragunan and Kampung Rambutan-Ragunan. Transjakarta buses on both routes operate daily from 7 am to 7 pm.

“However, both routes are only open temporarily, ie only until Sunday (24/6) .We open the new route to facilitate people who want to go to Ragunan,” said Budi.

In addition to providing new routes, he said it also adds the number of TransJakarta bus fleets to the zoo’s tourist sites.

“One of them is in Corridor 6 of Ragunan-Dukuh Atas route, which usually operates only 29 units of buses, now added to 49 units of buses,” said Budi.

Then, he revealed to Corridor 13 route Beta-Ragunan Castle will be added to 20 units of bus during Lebaran holidays, from 16 units on a typical day.

“The addition of routes and also the number of buses that we do to maximize the services for residents during Lebaran holidays.We want everything served well,” said Budi.
