UN and USBN: This is the Schedule. Mendikbud Muhadjir Asks Students to Stay Away from Cheating

Jakarta -The National Examination will be held from 2 April 2018.

Minister of Education and Culture Muhadjir Effendy asked students to stay away from cheating on the National Exam (UN) and the National Standard Student Exam (USBN).

“We are advised to all students who follow the UN to rekindle the spirit of learning, concentration, do not forget to pray and uphold honesty and stay away from cheating,” Muhadjir message in Jakarta, Sunday (1/4/2018).

Mendikbud explained that achievement is important but honestly it should take precedence. For that he told the students to believe in his own ability.

UN 2018 for Vocational High School (SMK) is held on 2 to 5 April. Then for senior high school (SMA) level on 9 to 12 April and Junior High School or equivalent on 23 to 26 April.

“For UN vocational preparation is 90%,” he explained.

Director of Vocational High School (Kemdikbud), Bakhrun, said the synchronization process for Computer Based National Examination (UNBK) has been completed and so far no complaints have been made.

“Insha Allah is ready, each province has implemented a synchronization for its preparation,” said Bakhrun.

For the SMK level, there are 12,495 SMK (1,459,062 students) from 13,054 SMK (1,485,302 students) who will carry out UNBK.

UN follow-up for vocational and senior high school will be held on 17 to 18 April and for junior high school on 8 to 9 May.
