Set against a breathtaking rooftop backdrop, Taba, meaning “fire” in the Manggarai language, is an homage to the sacred dance of flame and flavor. Drawing inspiration from the ancient robata technique, our chefs masterfully grill locally sourced seafood, hand-cut Wagyu, and organic vegetables over an open flame, infusing each dish with smoky intensity and rich complexity. The ambiance is equally compelling – burnt wood textures, raw stone, and flickering candlelight reflect the mystique of the Mirror Stone Cave, one of Labuan Bajo’s natural wonders. At Taba, every meal is an alchemy of nature’s elements, where the warmth of fire meets the cool caress of the evening breeze. Complimentary round-trip transportation within a 5 km radius of our restaurant for guests with a minimum spend of IDR 3,000,000/couple. Subject to availability.
