These terms apply when you use dailyindonesia.com and the DailyIndonesia app (together, "DailyIndonesia"), run by DailyIndonesia. By using DailyIndonesia you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What DailyIndonesia is
DailyIndonesia helps you find flights, hotels, things to do, eSIMs and restaurants in Indonesia, and shows live airport information. We compare and link to partners; for travel bookings we are not the airline, hotel, tour operator or mobile network.
Prices and information
Prices, availability and flight times come from our partners and data providers and can change at any moment. Saved fares are the lowest prices people found recently, not guaranteed quotes. Airport boards are a selection and can be delayed: always confirm times, gates and baggage belts with your airline and the airport screens. The price and conditions shown by the partner when you book are the ones that apply.
Booking with our partners
When you choose a flight, hotel, activity or eSIM, our "Taking you to …" page sends you to the partner and you book with them. Your contract, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds are between you and that partner, under their terms. Some partners pay us when you book through our links; this costs you nothing extra.
Restaurant table bookings
A table booking through DailyIndonesia is free. We pass your request to the restaurant; the restaurant confirms, declines or changes it, and you get an email. Please arrive on time and cancel if you cannot come. The restaurant's own rules (for example deposits or time limits) apply and are shown before you book when the restaurant has set them.
Reviews
Reviews must describe your own real visit. You must not review a place you own, work for or compete with, and you must not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, private about other people, or advertising. We confirm reviews by email and may decline, edit for privacy, or remove reviews that break these rules. By posting a review you allow us to show it on DailyIndonesia and to let the restaurant reply.
Restaurant owners
If you claim or list a restaurant, you confirm that you are allowed to manage it and that what you publish (hours, menu, photos, offers) is accurate and yours to use. The blue Verified badge means we checked that the person managing the listing runs the restaurant; it is not a review of the food or service. Promoted listings are paid for and always labelled "Promoted". The price and period of a promotion are shown before you pay. We may remove listings or content that are false, misleading or against the law.
Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else used your account; we can sign out all your devices. You can sign out of the app at any time under Account.
Fair use
Use DailyIndonesia for your own personal or business travel and dining. Do not copy our content in bulk, scrape or overload the website, app or API, or try to get around our security or limits.
Content and trademarks
The DailyIndonesia name, logo, design and our own texts belong to DailyIndonesia. Photos and information from partners and restaurants belong to them. Partner names and logos are the property of their owners.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep DailyIndonesia accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for the services, prices or decisions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, mobile networks, restaurants or other partners, or for losses caused by information that changed after it was shown. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep using DailyIndonesia after a change, the new terms apply.
